Most items in our shop will ship within 1-2 weeks as they are made to order, but keep in mind turnaround time can increase during new releases and holidays. We will always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. You can also shop during our RTS sales for items that will ship immediately after purchase. What countries do you ship to?
Tiny Trends Bowtique ships internationally! To the USA, shipping will vary based on order size. Pricing ranges between $3.50-5. For Canadian customers, shipping is between $10.50-11.49. Internationally to all other countries, shipping is $13.50. We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $50.
Is my payment information safe?
100% safe and secure. Tiny Trends Bowtique runs on Shopify, the safest ecommerce platform in the world. All payments are either handled by Paypal, Sezzle, or by Shopify's credit card processor which is also encrypted and secure. Either way, we don't store any of your credit card info. Ever.
What is your refund policy?
All of the items in our shop are handmade to order, because of this we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged.
What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at email@example.com for a replacement item or store credit to be issued. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors will not be replaced. Accidents happen! If you have received an incorrect item in your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible.
How do I return an item?
To return a damaged item, please email us at email@example.com so we can provide you with the proper instructions and the address.
What happens with SALE items?
Sale, and RTS items are all FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I edit or change my order?
Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. We are unable to combine orders, or refund shipping if you place separate orders. Please make sure to double check that all items you selected are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is correct, and the payment method you are using is good to go!
How do I cancel my order?
We can not accept cancellations more then 1 hour after your purchase. If you are within this time frame please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
